What I personally would spend some money on is to get a VST Host application that runs in W8 Modern UI...but I think this is another forum!

All right, in this case I will remember also that you can use the MegaDrum converter without any software like MDM! Because you have a small display and for every function two hardware decoders for making all settings inside the module. It is not comfortable but workable. So, you are right that this should not be 100% must have feature. But as I described above. If you using a fast PC gear on stage inside on road ready 19" Enclosure you will not use a 24" Monitor or a keyboard pad or mouse tool for controlling you system. So it would be wonderful to have a modern touchable GUI for MDM on PC system.

And also you are right: I am using Toontrack Superior Drummer with the Toontrack freeware host "Solo" (This host works just with Toontrack stuff) Try to adjust some settings in Superior Drummer with one 10" touch screen without a mouse tool. You will have your fun. So I did one request to Toontrack helping in this case and give us a modern touchable/full scalable style GUI for Windows 8 (7). No answer right now. For example what I mean: See Native Instruments GuitarRig software. You can use this app on "Live mode" with big buttons to control fast and easily this app with smaller size touch screen gear like 10" monitors. This is the idea behind this request.
