1. All ARM based MegaDrums now have AltEncoders set to YES
After upgrade firmware AltEncoders set still NO...
?

The fact that you can use megadrum_20110621 firmware when ARM MegaDrum was nowhere around means that you have Atmega based MegaDrum.
Please describe step-by-step how you're trying to use "Quick Access" so that I could reproduce the problem.

edit :works well with any firmware, you only need to properly configure ...
