MDCommanderForAndroid.apk.zip
I just loaded the Bonjour server and Tobias Erichsen’s “rtpMIDI” driver v1.0.7 on my 64bit Windows 7 netbook and tested the MDCommander For Android on all three of my tablets. Here are the results of the test.
Android 2.3.1 on Polaroid PMID700 7" tablet: side-loaded and ran without issues.
Android 3.2.0 on Sony NSZGT1 Internet TV: side-loaded without error, however it will not run.
Android 4.0.3 on Iview 760TPC 7" tablet (rooted): side-loaded and ran without issues.
NOTE: The Sony "google" Internet TV probably has restrictions in place that prevent the app from running.
I connected to the Megadrum and did the "Get" to test that the data downloaded. I did not have my VST running, (my DAW and VST computer's are not hooked up right now), this app looks really useful!!!
Thanks dmitri for bringing it to us Android users. Any chance that the graphical and raw MIDI log's will one day be added to the Android build?
