Trying to get a refund on a disputed item and trying to sell it at the same time sounds like an attempt at a fraud. When Paypal asks me for further evidences on the case I will have to report it.

PLEASE DO since you had sent me the money request,remember?And paypal knows that you did,I do not qualify for paypal buyer protection,don't believe me? then call them or look it up in their rules.This is what I was told by the gentlemen I spoke with yesterday.So I am scamming no one.

You are banning me from future updates with the unit I still own,the unit you refuse to refund and the unit you are now preventing me from selling anywhere on the net????? WTF??? Now whos the scammer?

I'm not like you, it will be banned only if Paypal resolves the case in your favour and it is not returned to me after that.

Well, to conclude this one could say that MegaDrum is still not "hardcore consumer"-friendly. Also, it may be required to make changes to MegaDrum description on the site and wiki explicitly stating that "if you think that MegaDrum operates on magic then it is definitely not for you".
