Hi all

I've tryed some configuration with my snare pad with positive and negative wire configurations but the positional sensing is inconsistant.

I'm waiting to come the components to build the rectifier , based on LMC6032

I will report my test and impression as soon as possible. ;)

Yes, please do.

Sadly, I don`t think I could be able to make it. Seems pretty complicated for an electronic newbie like me.
Besides, the only alternative to LMC6032 I could find here is LM6134, and it costs 10e ...

Hi Everson, happy to ear you :)

LMC6134 ? The op.amp in the original schematics is the LMC6034.

6034 and 6032 are identical, the only difference are the channels (6032 two channels, 6034 have four channel )

Lmc6032 cost me around 1€ :D

Actually, without C - LM6134. Dmitri mentioned it as an alternative. I wasn`t able to find either LMC6032 nor LMC6034.
I can get a LM6134, but for 10e.
x 2 + other parts + shipping + my destructions :D + ...

For my opinion a TS972IN, TS922IN or a TS912IN should work.

Hi!

I was thinking about the positional sensing in MegaDrum - It seems like most VST drum plugins do use position controller over CC# + number (e.g. AD is using 16 for snares) + Position Range. Would that possible to archive this functon in future versions of the MegaDrum firmware??

Best Regards

CC16 is default in MD as well ...
But you have to have the precision rectifier device.

Hi!

So the function is actually already there?

Sure it is. But you have to have a mesh headed drum, with cone in the center. Then it has to produce positive first half wave. And most important - you have to make the precision rectifier device.
