MegaDrum Manager with OSX

Postby MarcMooga » Mon Mar 21, 2011 4:27 pm

I am very excited about that great config tool Megadrum Manager.

It is very easy to use it also with OSX ...
just use this link and download the file (if you are online this will also always look on startup if a new version of MDM is available):

http://www.megadrum.info/mdm/mdm.jnlp

Open the jnlp file with 'Java-Web-Start.app'.

After that you can choose a folder where you want to install the MDM App.

regards,
Marc ;)

I updated MDM.
1. It now shows a warning message if MIDI In/Out ports are not configured.
2. Fixed a bug which caused the firmware upgrade to fail when trying to upgrade to the latest MegaDrum firmware version.

Hello Dimitri
When i open the MDM Offline Editor the Firmware shows only ??????? , i connected the MegaDrum Modul to the Computer directly with USB cable.
In the Editor i can not select the USB as you can see on the Sreenshot of the MDM.
But my MacOSX Sys sees the MegaDrum-Module-USB connection.

Sorry, I don't see it in this screenshot. Make a screenshot from Main->Options with the list of MIDI In ports.

In the Options you need to pull down MIDI In or MIDI Out combo box to show the list of all MIDI interfaces.
