Megadrum's no responding

Hello,

I do MD by myself using atmega644 and firmware 20091217,in mdm i change to usb audio device 1 or 2 and its no responding. It's give me midi init error. Can anybody help me :/?

MDM will work only with MegaDrum with a latest firmware version.

You can check for MIDI signals with an utility called MIDI-OX.

Eh somethings is wrong, i see signal on lcd but nothing on pc

1. Check for soldering quality, breaks, shorts.
2. Check that firmware version and crystal clock match.
3. Check that you programmed Atmega fuses correctly.

How to understand it ?

1. I downloaded MDManager a 3 months ago to the pendrive. I install it to computer. On that computer I have no internet so I installed MDmanager but I didn’t acctulized it via internet . It is mistake ?
2. later I connected computer with MDmanager to Megadrum bought from “second hand market”. I can hear sounds but I think MDManager cant see Megadrum. There is communicate “midi init error”
3. Should I update Megadrum firmaware ?
4. Should I update MDManager ?
And they will see each other ?
Or I am doing another mistake ?
