“…MDM will work only with MegaDrum with a latest firmware version …”

How to understand it ?

It means that the latest version of MDM will work correctly only with MegaDrum which has latest firmware version.

1. I downloaded MDManager a 3 months ago to the pendrive. I install it to computer. On that computer I have no internet so I installed MDmanager but I didn’t acctulized it via internet . It is mistake ?

MDM doesn't need Internet, it can work offline. Internet is only needed for automated installation from Internet.

2. later I connected computer with MDmanager to Megadrum bought from “second hand market”. I can hear sounds but I think MDManager cant see Megadrum. There is communicate “midi init error”

It may happen if MegaDrum has too old firmware.

3. Should I update Megadrum firmaware ?
4. Should I update MDManager ?

If you want to be sure that MDM talks to MegaDrum correctly then you have to use latest MDM version and MegaDrum must have latest firmware version.

And they will see each other ?

Older versions of MDM can talk to older versions of MegaDrum (but not earlier than 20100610) but I cannot provide support for such combinations.

Or I am doing another mistake ?

What are you actually trying to do?

Because i failed with manual settings directly in Megadrum, then I try to use MDManager to manage Megadrum.

some other information:
Megadrum: Firmware ver 20100827
MDManager: version 2013 0706

I actualize firmware (megadrum_20130901 version) but MDM don’t see Megadrum.
I change all options in MIDI IN and MIDI OUT in MDM – problem still exist.
I change all options in MIDI IN and MIDI OUT in Sound card (Audio Box Presonus) - problem still exist.

How to diagnose – where is the problem ?

I have following configuration:

Megadrum –via 2 Midi cables – to Audio Box (Presonus)

From Audio Box via Usb cable to PC

Megadrum is powered by usb cable, Audio box is powered by usb cable, Headphones are connected to Audiobox

Either your "Audio box" doesn't pass Sysex MIDI between MegaDrum and your PC or you chose wrong MIDI In and MIDI Out in MDM. Why don't you use MegaDrum directly via USB?

How to check ?
Is some software to verify it ?

What should I choose ?
“Usb device”
“Usb device 2”

Which one is sound card and which one is megadrum.

Megadrum is connected with PC by USB-USB cable
And also
Megadrum is connected with sound card Midi – midi cable
should I disconnect midi cables ?

I think my current configuration works because when I hit a drum – signal is going through megadarum and via sound card because I hear all sound s in headphones.

Disconnect your USB sound card. Then in MDM Options choose MegaDrum as MIDI In and MIDI Out. If MegaDrum is not listed in the list of available MIDI ports, make a screenshot showing what ports are available there.

In megadrum manager, during option 102; I am choosing: 4 as midi in, and 4 as midi out (as you suggested). Then after pushing button “get all “, a red light of Megadrum is working, till process will reach 100 %. After it , a red light is turning off. So it shows that they partly see each other.
Some screenshots are below.

I don’t know if it is worth to say: after actualization of Megadrum i have LCD information:
“ Firmware 20130901 20MHZ”
“ Firmware 20130901 12MHZ”

I now understand even less about what you're trying to do. One observation though.

“ Firmware 20130901 20MHZ”
“ Firmware 20130901 12MHZ”

You cannot have both on the LCD at the same time. Frequency on the "Firmware" screen must match your Atmega crystal frequency otherwise MIDI communication won't work. If it doesn't match, set it manually to match crystal frequency.
