In that menu you show in the first picture, the megadrum is actually "Dispositivo de audio USB" - there are 2 (megadrum has 2 in/outs). You appear to have midi-ox open too, so maybe it has already taken one of megadrum's ports. Try "Dispositivo de audio USB (2)" or try it before you open midi-ox.
