The latest MegaDrumManager version is now 20160918.

Fixed two bugs:

1. If Note Off delay was set less then 100ms and saved it was not loaded properly from a saved config file.

2. New Algorithm in HiHat Pedal settings was not loaded properly from a saved config file.
